This Privacy Policy describes how Kisheal Atkins (“I,” “me,” or “my”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit kishealatkins.com, request a free checklist, or book a consultation.
1. Information I Collect
When you interact with kishealatkins.com, I may collect information about you in the following ways:
Information You Provide Directly
Free checklist form: your first name (optional), email address, and the answer to “Which best describes you?” (small business, nonprofit, or other).
Consultation form: your first name, email address, business name, business website, business type, whether you have a Google Ads account, and any other information you choose to share in the form.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, I and my service providers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and the pages you visit. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which I use to understand how visitors use the site and which pages lead to form submissions, and through my website hosting provider, Namecheap. I also use, or may begin using, Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which of my ads lead to form submissions.
Advertising and Remarketing
I use, or may begin using, Google Ads remarketing. This means Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to show my ads to people who have visited my site, including on other websites they visit. You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google’s My Ad Center at https://myadcenter.google.com/. You can also install Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
2. How I Use Your Information
I use the information I collect for the following business and operational purposes:
To deliver the free checklist you request, and to send you the version that fits your answer to “Which best describes you?” (small business or nonprofit).
To respond to your consultation inquiries and communicate with you about your project.
To manage my contact list and send you emails through my email service provider, Brevo. These include the checklist delivery email, occasional Google Ads tips, and follow-up messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To analyze website traffic, measure the performance of my marketing campaigns, and improve your experience on the site, using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
To show my ads to people who have visited my site (remarketing), once I begin using Google Ads remarketing.
To comply with legal obligations and protect my business rights.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
I do not sell your personal information. I do share information with trusted third-party service providers who help me operate my website and my business:
Hosting (Namecheap): My website is hosted by Namecheap and built with WordPress and Elementor. Namecheap processes server logs and visitor data needed to deliver the website securely to your browser.
Email and Contact Management (Brevo): If you submit your details through my forms, your information is stored in Brevo, which I use to manage contacts and send emails. Brevo also records whether you open my emails and click the links in them. You can review Brevo’s privacy practices on its website.
Analytics and Advertising (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads): I use Google tools to analyze site traffic and to measure conversions, and I may use Google Ads remarketing to show my ads to people who have visited my site. Google uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your browsing activity. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at https://myadcenter.google.com/.
Payment Processors (Stripe or PayPal): I may accept payments for my services through Stripe or PayPal. If you pay through one of them, they collect your payment information directly, under their own privacy policies. I do not store your full card details.
Affiliate Links: I may place affiliate links on my site. If you click an affiliate link and visit a partner’s website, that partner may use cookies or tracking pixels to track referrals, subject to its own privacy policy.
I may also disclose information if required by law or to protect my rights.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
My site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to distinguish you from other visitors, measure how the site is used, and track ad conversions. These include cookies from Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and, as I begin using them, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to tell you when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, some features may be affected. To opt out of personalized advertising from Google, visit https://myadcenter.google.com/. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can install Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
